We ship to All Europe from our warehouse in Germany.

When will my order be processed?

After placing your order, please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

What is shipping cost?

Germany:

  • €6.99 for orders below €90.00


Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,
Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:

  • Free for orders above €120.00
  • €11.99 for orders below €120.00


Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania:

  • €24.99 for all orders.
When Will you receive your order?

You will receive your order within a maximum 4 working days.

Return & Refund

Can I return the order?

Yes, You can within 14 days after receiving the order.

  • The items are unopened, unused, undamaged.
  • The items are in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at info@somoue.com with the subject:

Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

In your email, please include:

  • Order Number (e.g., #12345).
  • Item(s) you want to return.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the item(s).

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and provide return instructions.

Do you offer return labels?

Yes, for eligible returns, we can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of this label may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

When do I receive my money back?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to your original payment method.
